that changed or solidified your stance on mandatory community service in high
schools?
Classwork: discuss end of Chapter 3 of LOC and then practice writing synthesis essays about whether high schools should require community service - start 2 different essays taking different positions (you can use the thesis statements on pg 83 of LOC or write your own) for each of the 2 essays write at least an intro paragraph and one strong body paragraph that uses at least 2 sources as support (or counterargument) - after the intro and body paragraph, you can outline the rest of that essay.
